On the instructions of President Sadyr Japarov, Chairman of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic Akylbek Japarov is going to make trips to the regions, where he plans to meet with local residents and try to solve their problems, the press office of the Government of Kyrgyzstan reported on July 4.
Japarov said he intends to meet with “ordinary citizens”. The Prime Minister emphasised that 80% of all complaints received by the Government are related to ineffective judicial proceedings and dissatisfaction with the work of law enforcement officers.
The Prime Minister said Minister of Internal Affairs Ulan Niyazbekov and Prosecutor General Kurmankul Zulushev would accompany him on the trips.
Japarov said the President had asked him “not humiliate the Kyrgyz people on the Kyrgyz land” when offering him the post of Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers. The Prime Minister stressed that he fully agrees with the Kyrgyz leader.
