On June 28, RF President Vladimir Putin visited Tajikistan and discussed the main areas of cooperation with the leader of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon. The second destination of the visit to Central Asia was Ashgabat that is hosting the Caspian Summit. Upon arrival in Turkmenistan, the Russian leader congratulated Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on his birthday.
