Young Turkmen pianist wins international competition

Aynur Otuzova, a pianist from Turkmenistan, became the laureate of the first degree at the international festival-competition of musical art «From classical to modern» in the nomination «Special Piano. Solo». She competed with young musicians aged 13 to 15. It was reported by the press office of the International Art Center «Key to Success».

As part of the competition, Aynur played the «Prelude in G minor», a musical piece by Sergei Rachmaninoff. It should be mentioned that she has won four prestigious international music competitions.

The girl entered the world of music at the age of 6. Now Aynur is 15 years old. She is studying in the ninth grade of a specialized music school at the Turkmen National Conservatory named after Maya Kuliyeva. Her mentor is Jeyhun Babayev.

The competition «From classical to modern» was dedicated to the 290th anniversary of the birth of Joseph Haydn, an Austrian composer, and a founder of such musical genres as the symphony and string quartet.

The contest was held on May 6-12 virtually. The founder and organizer of the event is the International Art Center «Key to Success», located in Kazan, Russia.
