Tajik parliamentarians reminded of professional ethics

On April 28, a meeting on the role of civil servants in raising the prestige of civil service took place in the capital of Tajikistan. Members of the Parliament of Tajikistan attended the event. They were reminded of how to behave in the workplace and off duty, the press office of the lower house of the Parliament reported.

It was noted that parliamentarians should always consider how they communicate with other people. It was emphasised that the behaviour of parliamentarians should be an example of high discipline, selflessness and dedication.

Representatives of the Majlisi namoyandagon Majlisi Oli Zainuddin Safarzoda and Zafar Fayzullozoda noted that during the meeting with the activists in Dushanbe, President Emomali Rahmon demanded that the authorities observe high standards of personal and business ethics.

They emphasised that the leader of Tajikistan highlighted the need for honesty and impartiality, good intentions, devotion to the state and people, patriotism and a sense of responsibility.
