Kyrgyzstan calls on Israel to provide employment quotas for Kyrgyz citizens

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Israel based in Ankara Kubanychbek Omuraliev met with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Israel Idan Roll. The Ambassador called on the Israeli side consider providing employment quotas for citizens of Kyrgyzstan so that they could work in Israel, the press office of the   Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan reported.

Omuraliev and Roll agreed to implement joint projects in the agricultural sector, in particular on the introduction of drip irrigation technologies in Kyrgyzstan.

The Deputy Minister congratulated the Ambassador on his appointment and expressed hope that his expertise in diplomacy and international affairs would open a new page in relations between the two states.

Ambassador Omuraliev was received by President of Israel Isaac Herzog.

The Ambassador noted that Kyrgyzstan attached great importance to cooperation between the two countries on agriculture, tourism, education and science.
