Law enforcement officers harshly thwart any refusals to obey to their legitimate demands and any attempts to attack important buildings. Following the inspections at the Barlyk and Altyn Orda markets in Almaty, 207 people were detained, and stolen vehicles, weapons, ammunition and shields were confiscated from these people. However, the main forces are involved in the operations to locate and neutralize terrorists.
