Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan adopts national development action plan until 2026

On December 25, the action plan to the national development programme for the period until 2026 was adopted at the final meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan. Deputy Prime Minister Aziz Aaliev presented the draft, the press office of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan reported.

Deputy Prime Minister noted that this document was to boost economic growth, promote financial stability of the Republic, as well as enhance integration processes within the Eurasian Economic Union. He added that the action plan would also focus on strengthening the potential of social support.

The national development programme prioritises the development of the agricultural, energy, construction, industrial, transport, road and tourism sectors, as well as the mining and service industries.

Aaliev emphasised that the development programme would need support of the population of the Kyrgyz Republic to be implemented.
