On November 24, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Nuran Niyazaliev met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Kyrgyzstan Rapil Zhoshybayev. The interlocutors discussed the promotion of political, trade and economic cooperation, the press office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan reported.
They also outlined the prospects for further interaction in these areas.
The parties exchanged views on the organisation of the Days of Culture of Kazakhstan in Kyrgyzstan, including a number of cultural events, which would be held in Bishkek.
Niyazaliyev received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Kyrgyzstan Latif Seyfaddin oglu Gandilov. He congratulated the Ambassador on his appointment to the post and wished him every success in his work.
The Deputy Minister emphasised the importance of bringing Kyrgyz-Azerbaijani relations up to strategic partnerships and holding the 4th meeting of the intergovernmental commission on trade, economic, scientific, technical, cultural and humanitarian cooperation.
