The state association «Turkmenhaly» provided citizens with the opportunity to buy carpets and carpet products within a loan for three years. The total purchase amount should not exceed 30,000 Turkmen manats (about 8,571 US dollars). It was reported by the press office of the relevant institution.
The loan is provided at a rate of 12,75% per annum. To do this, customers need to contact the state commercial bank of Turkmenistan «Halkbank».
