Dushanbe hosted the 12th meeting of the Coordination Committee on Trade Facilitation.
On August 27, the capital of Tajikistan hosted the 12th meeting of the Coordination Committee on Trade Facilitation. Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic Abdurahmon Abdurakhmonzoda chaired the meeting. A protocol followed from the event, the press office of the Ministry of Economic Development reports.
Special attention was paid to the importance of creating the most enabling business environment in Tajikistan. The emphasis was also placed on the need to remove existing barriers to trade and services.
Government officials considered the issues related to green corridors in international air harbours on the territory of the Republic and a single window that simplifies export, import and transit operations.
Representatives of state organisations and businessmen identified the major areas of strategic documents on the accelerated development of the national economy of the Republic of Tajikistan.
These meetings are held in order to fulfil the instructions of President Emomali Rahmon.
