The topic was raised in Ashgabat at a festive event dedicated to the exemplary life of Myalikguly Berdimuhamedov.
The festive event «School of Courage» dedicated to the exemplary life of the father of the President of Turkmenistan Myalikguly Berdimuhamedov was held at Ashgabat Military Unit No.1001 on August 12. It was attended by servicemen, cadets, veterans of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, journalists, writers and artistic groups, as reported by «Turkmenistan Today».
The participants of the celebration noted that Myalikguly had extraordinary abilities. According to them, he constantly expanded his world outlook, wrote poems and took an active part in the public life of the country.
The father of the head of the state got three specialized special and two higher educations. According to the servicemen and veterans, Myalikguly professionally prevented and solved crimes, ensured public order. He was awarded several medals for his impeccable service.
The participants of the ceremony emphasized that Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov’s father always thoughtfully planned educational and explanatory work among the personnel of the units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan. After retirement, he became a teacher and a role model for the younger generation.
Myalikguly Berdimuhamedov passed away in the holy month of Ramadan, on April 18 this year.
