Kyrgyz leader Sadyr Japarov noted that Kurban Bayram will bring peace and stability to the peoples of the countries. He expressed confidence that the authorities of Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan will continue to expand mutually beneficial partnership.
The President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev wished his colleague success in his work and prosperity to his family. Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Askar Mamin expressed hope that the good deeds of the peoples of Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan will be accepted by the Almighty. The first head of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, noted that Kurban Bayram will contribute to strengthening relations between the countries.

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said he was glad to congratulate Berdimuhamedov on the holiday of mercy and good deeds. He wrote that Muslims should always help each other and be united.
The leader of Iraq Barham Salih in his message confirmed the desire to expand the ties of friendship and partnership between the Turkmen and Iraqi peoples. The head of the Philippines Rodrigo Roa Duterte expressed the hope that the corresponding holiday will inspire two peoples to do noble deeds for the benefit of the entire humanity.
