The leader of Kyrgyzstan wished good health and every success to the Chancellor of Germany and peace and prosperity to the people of Germany.
On July 18, President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov sent a telegram of congratulations on her 67th birthday to Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany Angela Merkel. Japarov wished good health and every success in her work to the Chancellor, and peace and prosperity to the people of Germany, the press office of the President of Kyrgyzstan reports.
“I note with deep satisfaction the high level of relations between our countries, built on mutual respect, understanding and long-term fruitful cooperation,” the leader of Kyrgyzstan says in his message.
The President of the Kyrgyz Republic emphasised that the significant support provided by Germany instilled confidence in Kyrgyzstan that democratic, social, and economic reforms would continue in the country.
Japarov also sent his condolences to Chancellor Angela Merkel and President Frank-Walter Steinmeier over the tragic consequences of the severe floods in Germany.
As was reported, the death toll from devastating floods has risen to 156. This is the worst flooding in Germany in decades.
